Pregnant ladies who already practice iyengar yoga and know the asanas are welcome to join.

Jade is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher who has been teaching in Tel Aviv for several years. Originally from Scotland, Jade lived the last 20 years in Japan, South Asia and Israel, studying and practicing meditation and yoga.
